Residential Development Marketing (RDM) Services brings over 35 years of experience in real estate marketing, specializing in residential, retail, commercial, and development properties in the greater Western Sydney region. We have facilitated over 1000 individual sales of houses and units in the Holroyd and Parramatta council areas. Furthermore, our Director, Phil Davis, holds the record for selling the most properties in Westmead.

Phil Davis

When you choose RDM Services, you deal directly with Phil Davis, the owner and founder of RDM Services and Westmead Real Estate. With over 35 years of experience in real estate, Phil has expertise in residential, retail, commercial, and development property sales.

Phil has owned and operated his own real estate agencies and held senior negotiator roles with large commercial real estate agencies such as Jones Lang Wootton (now Jones Lang Le Salle), where he sold large investment projects.

Phil previously owned and partnered with Martyn Wilde Real Estate Westmead (now LJ Hooker Westmead), growing the business's rental portfolio from 40 properties to over 450 properties.

    When you sign a real estate agency agreement, most agents will request a 3-month commitment, which means you cannot engage another agent until that period expires, even if you are dissatisfied with their service. RDM Services, on the other hand, only asks for a 6-week agreement. Why? Because if we are performing our job effectively, the property should be sold within that timeframe.
